hii...am 21 F,5'6 HEIGHT.i weigh 176 lb and my aim is to losse 40 lb,i h'v been exercising on elliptical since 2 weeks,25 to 30 mins daily..6 days a week(am using only elliptical bcoz i dnt find time to go to gym)...and am also doing dieting....i can see changes at my shoulders,wrist,neck and both sides of my waist...but there is no change in my weight...but the problm is that my hands and thighs are becoming much harder than before...may b becoz of increase in the muscle bulk...i dont wanna increase any muscle bulk...how can i reduce this muscle bulk while continuing the same program...or should i do anything more...any advice is highly appreciated
