Sport Increase Health with ease

I've been googling around alot on this subject. Breathing routines are beneifical in every way I have seen. What I have not seen is a fairly simple breathing routine I , myself could do. Maybe one of you Intellectual individuals could fill me and everybody else in on :D
 
probably just google 'meditation'. most meditation relies on calm, paced, deep breathing.
