Sport increase appetite after workout!

So i'm back in the gym after 5mths of not working out. I've had such an increase in my appetite since i'm working out and i'm pretty bummed out, because I don't know what the heck to do....is there something that i can eat that help curb my hunger. thanks!! I need to lose these 8lbs darn it!
 
start by posting your stats and EXACTLY what and how much you eat daily.
my guess is under-eating and/or too many liquid meals. maybe not enough veggies. veggies are bulky and caloricially non-dense.
 
This is normal and the hunger will subside after your body adjusts. Don't go off your dailey meal plan. You can't let your hunger alter your food strategy.
