incorporating running into my workout.

how should i incorporate my run into my workout with weight training so i still make gains in my weight training and lose a maximum in fat? I run for about 15 minutes before i weight train but i dont think thats working.
 
gains in muscle and lose fat

i want to be able to gain muscle and lose fat. or be able to cycle on with losing the fat and then gain muscle and then lose fat.
 
From what I've read, and what I currently do, your best bet is to keep a excellent lifting routine, and do HIIT 2 times a week, and maybe run a long distance once a week. I've been making muscle gains, and my weight has been staying reletively the same, only my BF% has dropped little bit...
