I'm currently doing inclined push ups (feet approximately 18 inches off the floor) with push up bars, and this is the only chest workout I'm getting. I am a little paranoid about doing presses with weights as I had an injury a while back that basically made me invalid for a year... I only have time to work out in the morning at home before I leave for work.. I'm doing this once a week (with different variations) and I use dumb bells for other workouts eg curls, squats (no chest work - just arms, legs and back). Looking forward to feedback!
