Incline chest flys

1. I've switched to doing incline dumbbell presses and flys to try to build up the upper part of my chest. The problem I have is that when I do the flys, I can't really get my arms open too wide. I can barely get my upper arm parallel to the floor. Also, sometimes I get a pain in my rear deltoids/traps. Is my form off? or is this normal for the incline fly? I've never had these problems when doing them the regular way (on a flat bench).

2. Also, while on the topic of pectorals, my chest is starting to build up nicely - mostly at the bottom though (which is why I switched to inclines to build up the upper chest & I do know that the lower pectorals develop faster than the upper ones if you're only doing flat bench presses). But I don't have that break in the middle of my chest yet, the "line" that runs down the middle separating the left pectoral from the right. Does that come in time and I need to be more patient? Or should I add something more to my chest routine (currently doing incline dumbbell presses, incline flies, and a flat bench press).

Thanks you guys for always answering all my stupid questions haha

1) Incline flys use different muscles to regular flys (as gravity is in a different direction relative to body). You'll be using lats + traps more, so you'd expect to feel them being worked more. Don't try and open up too wide - only go as far back as is comfortable - otherwise there's a good chance you'll give yourself an injury. I've always been quite inflexible, so I've just gone less wide and used a larger weight to make up for it.

2)If the line is hidden, it's generally due to body fat, rather than lack of muscle. However, unlike your abs, you can make your pecs grow enough that even with quite a bit of bf there's a clear distinction, but it will take time. And once you stop bulking and start cutting the line will become a lot clearer. For now I'd just focus on increasing the weight you train with week to week - never seen a guy with a small chest who can bench big. Once you've got the size you want, then you can start worrying about definition.

Build the seize you want - And then cut it - Thats the magic.
You can get the line you want without big chest - But it doesn´t seem to be your goal.
Concentrate on the bench, do prober style and put more and more weight on.
