In need of some major support

So I'm beginning the 6 week challenge in the 'Club' section and I know this is going to be REALLY difficult for me.

My goal is to lose 18lbs in 6 weeks, drink 3 quarts of water a day, exercise 6 times a week, look at the scale ONCE a week, and the hardest but most important thing: no treat days for a while. Those are my downfall.

Weekends are terrible because I do well all week and the weekend makes this all go to hell. So I really need a kick in the butt from you guys to help me stay on track.

Hey kino good luck to ya and on the challange I am in that challange to I think lol I am in 1 of them!I am in need of support to there are a few people that drop by my diary and give me a boost and I appreciate it alot and it really does HELP! Good luck to you Tammy:)

How's that? Actually, I'm trying to kick my own butt off this computer and do a workout. The kids are in bed, and all is quiet...so here I go. Why don't you join me?!:)
