In need of a great workout plan

Hey I am new to the forums and kind of new to gyms, I am looking for a great workout plan for an increase in overall mass. I know the basics, I know what reps and sets are and what they mean, however I do not know many weight machines, here is what I do know

Bench Press
Bicep Curls
Tricep Curls
Pectoral Fly
Leg Press
Leg Extenstion
Leg Curls
Squats

I am currently 5'10 and weight 133 pounds. I am looking to gain about 25-30 pounds. Anyone here willing to help? It would be greatly appreciated.
 
To begin with, aside from using your back to stabilize while you do squats you are missing it completely!

You want to do rows and lat pulls on the cables.

Now, how old are you, when did you start lifting, and are you willing to do free weights intead of machines?
