In need for some help..

Hey, guys can you please help me? I m trying to lose some weight and I was looking for a diet but there are so many I'm confused :banghead::banghead:... I have found a couple of different options that I think will suit me but don't know for sure.. :oops::oops: Link Removed
don't know what to do...the internet it's full of different opinions...I'm struggling with excess weight for some years now and I have tried lots of different diets but I m willing to try this one, honestly it looks good... don't know what to tink :confused::confused: thanks for your time and any help will be appreciated thanks :(:(

Hey Ashley, welcome to the forum.

This is a good place to get help with finding a diet, we don't really recommend any one particular diet. What you will find are a lot of people with different opinions and experience who are will to help you find what works best for you. I need to warn you not to put links to things like the keto diet here, I suspect the moderators will soon remove it, we have a lot of trouble with spam.

What I suggest is that you start a diary on the Weight Loss Diary page (https://weight-loss.fitness.com/forums/weight-loss-diary.9/ ) and tell us more about yourself and your goals. If you decide to follow the keto diet you will get plenty of support, and if you look around at the diets of others here you will see lost of options.

Hello, Ashley! No-one can say what's the right weight loss system for someone else, especially not at a distance and over the internet! But there are lots of people here using different methods, and people with skills and solid knowledge about pretty well everything you can think of that's related to weight loss.
I gather that you're interested in trying the keto method? Why not try doing a search on the word "keto" and reading a bit from the people who've tried it, or are using that method right now? Or post your questions and/or experiences in this thread:

Hi, Ashley! How're things going? I'm sorry you're struggling with your weight. I can say that in 2017, I cut out all useless sugar
and the weight just started falling off. I was losing around 2# per day for a total of 100#. I was actually getting nervous about losing it so fast. My weight finally tapered off and then I started going to the YMCA to help keep it off. I feel very good now for the most part.
