In a rut!

:banghead: I am in a rut. Lost no weight on 1500 calories. I walked for 45 minutes. I swam for 30 more. I ate lots of snacks and still no weight loss. The only thing I can think of is that since I have been doing a lot of physical work around the house, lifting stones, shoveling dirt and clay that maybe I have added some muscle. I hope this is the case. Today is my last day of 1200 calories. I am going to take it easy today and see if I lose some weight.
