hi, i'm 14, and about 10 st 2lb and i'm quite into running (400m). but i'm having some problems with improving my acceleration. i can get to a good speed, but it seems to take longer than other people. is there a way i can improve this? i'm quite slim, so do i need to bulk out a bit so i've got more muscle power? and are there any exercises that i can do to improve?
