i plan on joining wrestling again this year, and it's been like 2-3 years, not to mention i'm moving up from modified to jv. Anyway, i got like 2-3 months i think before it starts, and i've been slackin off lately and haven't gotten around to running. Anyway, wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I'm looking to just increase my stamina, because the last thing i need is to lose weight, i'm like 5'4 and weigh 120 lbs at the age of 17. Anyway, i don't like runnin much because i don't like training in public, but eventually might get around to it. And, I know this board is full of nothing but similar threads, but i'm lookin for something best suited for me. Thanks for the suggestions in advance, and sorry for not paragraphing
