The best tip I have heard is the 10% rule... don't up your millage by more than 10% a week... every time I ignore that I PAY for it...
the second thing... when you run up hills... keep the speed your legs turn over the same just shorten your stride... don't try to maintain the same pace up hill..
There are loads of tips on there, i'm going to go for the goal setting one, without setting yourself realistic goals, you'll never reach the standards that your potential could take you to.
