I looked on the runnning forum to see if any1 else had asked this question, but i didn't find any1, so i'm postin it now.
Does running/jogging with heavy clothes make you lose more body fat and burn more calories vs jogging with normal clothes? in wrestling practice our coach tells us that the best way to lose weight fast is to make some holes in a plastic bag, put it on like a shirt, put on sweatpants and sweatshirt, and go running. Does that haev an effect, or does it just make u dehydrated faster? i cant really trust what the coach says cuz hes a pothead who literally chews tobacco and smokes in school during practice while telling us at the same time not to follow in his footsteps.
