Hi everyone!
I'm new here and I have a question regarding nutrition. Right now I'm participating in a university study of weight loss and exercise in relation to dairy consumption/calcium. I'm in the control group so I have been put on a diet very low in dairy and calcium (I guess). I can only have a little milk in tea and other than that I'm not allowed any dairy.
I'm wondering if this will have an effect on my health or weight loss throughout the study? How important is dairy/calcium in effective weight loss? In the study we have to do cardio for about an hour every day and two days of resistance training a week on top of the cardio.
Thanks
