Sport Immense cardiovascular weakness/body issues

Hello all,

I have been dealing with an issue for as long as i remember and i finally decided to hopefully get some help on this. My main problem is that no matter what cardiovascular exercise or activist i partake in..after less than 5 minutes i am completely winded and sometimes need to even sit down; yet i never have this issue when i lift weight. Also there are times when i have done nothing but lie down for over an hr, and my girlfriend would rest on my chest and tell me my hearts beating really fast

Here is a little description of my self to see if that helps.
I'm a 23 year old male. 5ft 11 inches, 197 pounds. Not sure what my bod fat% is (another issue ill get to)

I have gone stretches of my life where i am physically intensively active for a year or so, and the next i just give it up completely. Right now, i have been more a less somewhat active but never really hit the gym till today where this problem again came up while playing basketball

I kinda have a strange diet due to one fact. I actually haven't eating a piece of fruit since i was maybe 7 yrs old ( Not sure y i stopped, but i still just cant eat them now) although i drink fruit juices and other healthy juices all the time. Other than this fact, im not the healthiest eater in the world, but im not the worst either. A typical day for me would be Cereal (frosted mini wheat) with 2% fat lactaid milk for breakfast, foot long subway chicken breast for lunch, spaghetti or chinese or pizza for dinner..Lotsa water, lotsa juice, no soda.

Finally, my body does a really bizzare thing which im not sure ties into this or not. Every morning i wake up, i look in the mirror and i have a relatively flat stomach. During the course of the day, my stomach bulges out 1 to sometimes 2 inches regardless to how much food i consume. I just don't think that's normal. This has also been going on for as long as i can remember.

Someone, please help! by telling me why this is happening to me. I can provide more information if need. Thank you!
 
The best advice that I can give is to go see a doctor. Getting winded after 5 minutes of cardio at age 23 is not normal.

Also, your diet stinks and it will catch up to you later in life.
