Hey. I'm about to get back into working out again. Finally trying to commit to it. And so I know I need to do a lot of research about changing to a better diet. That being said, I was wondering something. I really like to make homemade cheeseburgers for dinner. I'm a poor college student and it's not that expensive and for some reason I really like cheeseburgers. Never get tired of them. So I've had a decent amount lately.
But I was wondering how much one serving would count towards my calorie intake of about 3,000 (I'm 5'11'' 160 pounds about).
I make my burgers kind of large with the meat I use (which is usually 80% lean). It kind of looks like this usually, the size of the meat that is:
I usually cook the burger in a frying pan with a little bit of vegetable oil smoothed out in the pan. The burger gets cooked to a pretty well done state. Then I add some cheddar cheese. If I have any lettuce I'll add that. Then some BBQ sauce.
But really, I have no idea how many calories this is.
