Hi everyone! I just joined, but I started my lifestyle change about 2 weeks ago. I'm 25, female, 5'4 and 246 pounds. I've already lost 8 pounds but I have a few issues. I'm not starving myself by any means but I'm always hungry. I'm also really tired and totally unmotivated to get school work done (I go to Arizona State University. Go devils! Lol). Is that normal? Is it going to change? I have been reading others posts and some people have said they felt better after only a few days of eating better...uh it's been 2 weeks and I feel like crap...I don't know what to do. I don't count calories religiously but I'd estimate I'm eating between 1200 and 1600 a day. I've totally cut out soda and replaced it with tea or water, I eat fruit instead of candy, I eat lean protein and some cheeses for snacks and I've drastically reduced my portion sizes. What else do I need to do? I'm losing weight, which is awesome, but why do I feel lethargic and even cranky? For me, those two qualities are a new development in my personality. Will this pass with time as my body adjusts or am I doing something wrong? Help!

Are you eating enough of the right foods? What's a typical day of food for you hun? I'd post your story in the Weight Loss Diaries part of this forum for extra support xo

Did you start a structured program? Or just invented one by yourself? Weight loss is not just about "stop eatin" it is a whole procedure, A Life goal, that's why you need to make a good start, Just keep motivated and keep your hopes up, You can do it.
