Hi again,
It's been two months since last time I posted and I changed my gym routine. I lost about 12 pounds since early dec and I been hovering around 203 for 2 weeks.
I been doing 5 times a week with main focus on ellitical training for 40-50 minutes on 80% heart rate.
I started to play with the skipping rope to introduce into my routine.
Additionally, I do eat less (so kind of calorie restriction).
any ideas?
