I'm stuck and feeling what's the point..

Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me. Here is a little history.
I'm 34yrs old Female, 5ft 7" - 2 months ago I weighed 164lbs, I started to eat Healthy fruits, veg, whole grain items etc and the first month I lost maybe a pound or two. Calories were about 1300-1500 a day. I exercised every morning doing Turbo Jam for 45 mins or ChaLEAN extreme 5 days a week.
The 2nd month I thought maybe I wasn't doing enough exercising and started to do Turbo Jam for 45 mins every morning and ChaLEAN for 30-45 mins every night 7 days a week and now I'm down to 153lbs but think I overdid it as I got extremely sick and couldn't workout for a week.

Last week I started to feel better and decided to try the Abs Diet it seems perfect, all the food I love so much and decided to give it a go and only working out in the morning 5 days a week and Monday & Wednesday me and my friend go to the Gym to walk on the treadmill for an hour.
The only problem I thought about the ABS diet was it was a lot more calories that what I've been consuming.
Anyways started last week at 153lbs and today one week later I'm now 154lbs.
The only exercising I did was ChaLEAN extreme (heavy lifting etc) for 5 days and 2 days off.
I've noticed my stomach is a lot flatter but when I measure it's the same? but I'm so disappointed that I can't seem to get the weight off. Why am I stuck?
I used to weight 130lbs before my 2nd child which was 7 years ago..

I'm wondering why do I bother..
The week I was sick I didn't exercise at all and ate junk food some of the time and I lost weight??

I drink 1 cup of Coffee with skim milk and Sweetener and then only water during the day and minimum of 8 glasses a day.

My husband who doesn't exercise did the abs diet too and told me he lost 4lbs :(

Any help would be extremely appreciated.
My Friend and I are off to Cuba in April and would love to get rid of some fat..
