I'm Spin-Certified now!

Depends on your crowd. I like a twin peaks ride myself - high cadence on an open road, gradually giving way to more and more incline (and going from seated to standing), with the top of the hill between 80 and 85%. Back off to about 80% for the next song, then do an open road interlude between the peaks. After that, it's up the second hill, but the peak here goes from 85% to 92%. Drop back to 80% on the next song, then down to the open road again. Finish with either ladder sprints or race day, culminating with a high performance sprint at the end.

Sounds pretty good Stingo....seems like after you finish a routine like that everyone needs a cigarette? ;)
