Alright everyone i'm sorry for asking another creatine question i've done some research and i thought I had my mind made up until last night. I'm 17 years old i've been takin Creatine for the last 5 months happy with the results and everything I know what it does how it basically works and all. Last night I was at my friends beach house with my boys and we started talking about workin out and creatine and stuff, and every1 was having differnt answers when it came to cycling on and off. I heard every 2 months u should cycle because once u start up again it will be better for u. Than some people were saying there is no need to cycle as long as u take 5g a day...so i'm not sure wat to do
