Im Sorry Again

Alright everyone i'm sorry for asking another creatine question i've done some research and i thought I had my mind made up until last night. I'm 17 years old i've been takin Creatine for the last 5 months happy with the results and everything I know what it does how it basically works and all. Last night I was at my friends beach house with my boys and we started talking about workin out and creatine and stuff, and every1 was having differnt answers when it came to cycling on and off. I heard every 2 months u should cycle because once u start up again it will be better for u. Than some people were saying there is no need to cycle as long as u take 5g a day...so i'm not sure wat to do :confused:
 
How much water weight did you collect? I don't have any answers for you cause I would never take it, just wondering how much water weight you gained.
 
I would say to just stick with 5g a day. There is a lot of people doing research on loading and cycling phases of creatine going on, but none really lead to conclusive evidence that you need to do either.
 
Thats not alot at all. How long did it take you to gain that weight? It took me about 4 -5 months to gain 15 pounds without creatine.
