I'm about 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) tall and weight 56 kg (123 pounds) but I can't play any type of sport for more than like a minute or so without feeling really tired, my heart goes on pumping like crazy. I can play soccer for an hour or so, but I walk most (all lol) of the time.
I've done several exams and everything is fine with my blood and my heart, I'm just extremly out of shape. So, how do I get in shape? I've already tried coding but it didn't work.
I saw the hiit article this week on google news so I thought about it, though I'm afraid I'll burn out the little fat I have left (I do eat a lot, but 56kg is as much as I've ever weight)
So, is it safe to follow these guidelines: HIIT Workouts: 30 Second Training Intervals or maybe these: High-intensity interval training - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia or should I avoid hiit at all?
