I'm probably gonna...

...get a grilling for this but I've just started a new training regime, but have done it for the last 4 nights in a row.

Feeling tired and a bit sore but before you guys line up(easy Ride On:rofl:) to start shooting me down as I know I need recovery days, my wife is ready to have our third child tomorrow(c section) and I prob wont get to train for the next 5 days at least.

I have used the advice of members here plus the stickies, using heavier weights with multi sets, incorporating a full body workout which lasts 60 mins approx.

eating 5 times a day also and taking twice a day, morning and post workout. It might not be a great product but I'll give it a go for a month and see, but then again all of these supplement companies advertise that their product is the best in the world...bla bla bla.

with the sleepless nights that are ahead and work and family time I WILL train at least 3 times per week...but please be on the lookout just in case I'm starting to slip and give me a firm 'get back on the weights Mick!'

As always thanks.

Good luck Mick and congrats on the new edition.

Why not start a journal?

Why not start a journal?

Son number 3 arrived today,:party2: and I'm a proud and happy man.

Thanks for the good wishes g8r80 but I'll think I'll leave the journal to the pro's.

I do have a question to throw out to people though...what exercise/exercises would you pick if time was limited say down to just 10 mins, something to keep you content in yourself to keep you going until you had the time for a proper workout?

Remember no equipment or weights...I was thinking of 1 set of press ups (fail)
the same with sit up and reverse crunches.

This is nothing set in stone and I'm just wondering what you guys would pick!

10 Minutes?
Circuit of push ups, chin ups from a tree branch, burpees.

10 mins is sort of just an example especially when life can be hectic like for me lately, spent 12 hrs in the hospital today 14 hrs yesterday,so I was just asking what exercise(s) would you pick, that may not take up time and you feel are effective just until things got back to 'normal'...whatever that is! its kinda silly I know but I was just curious.

What are burpees btw?? oh and thanks for the input evo!
