...get a grilling for this but I've just started a new training regime, but have done it for the last 4 nights in a row.
Feeling tired and a bit sore but before you guys line up(easy Ride On) to start shooting me down as I know I need recovery days, my wife is ready to have our third child tomorrow(c section) and I prob wont get to train for the next 5 days at least.
I have used the advice of members here plus the stickies, using heavier weights with multi sets, incorporating a full body workout which lasts 60 mins approx.
eating 5 times a day also and taking twice a day, morning and post workout. It might not be a great product but I'll give it a go for a month and see, but then again all of these supplement companies advertise that their product is the best in the world...bla bla bla.
with the sleepless nights that are ahead and work and family time I WILL train at least 3 times per week...but please be on the lookout just in case I'm starting to slip and give me a firm 'get back on the weights Mick!'
As always thanks.
