Actually before I begin let me introduce myself. My name is Stephanie and I am currently trying to lose weight. Right now I am 277 lbs.(I lost 2 lbs)already this week and I guess my target weight is 150lbs. Back to what I was before I had my son....hes 5 years old and I have been procastinating to start losing weight. I am 25 years old and for a living I work in a child development center. I work with children from the ages of 5-12. I just recently got a new job that I will be starting in August. So I am really trying to get a good start on my new life.
Anyway last Thursday I joined Golds Gym in my area....and I love it. I am planning on going 5 days a week(M-F). Im not sure if I should just stick to cardio for now or get into the weights. If you have any suggestions I would love to here them. Hmmm....oh I have also stopped drinking soda. Im not missing it at all. Im sticking to my H2O. But I would love to find a buddy on here that I can support and they can support me too. If you guys have any suggestions for me and also tips I would love to hear them. Im fairly new to the weight loss thing because I have always been in good shape(I use to play high school basketball...and after high school I would play pickup games). So anything will help
