Hey there,
So in 23, and I weigh 230 pounds. About three weeks ago I decided to make some changes, and I started working out and eating healthier. About two weeks ago I decide to start counting calories (using the Lose It app). I've been cycling at the gym for about 45/55 minutes a day for about three week, and I've been eating around 1700 calories a day for two weeks, but I haven't seen any changes yet. Is it possible that I was eating so unhealthy before I made this transition that it has ruined my chances of losing weight forever? I know that sounds outlandish and it probably is, but I guess I'm just surprised that I haven't seen any changes yet.
Thanks!
