Welcome to your diary and to this site... hopefully you'll get some good motivation fromit and will be able to reach your goal...
First motivator.. Don't deprive yourself... most diets are tough to stick to because 3 days into them you are craving something you can't have... you want to be sensible and make smart choices...
Any idea what kind of plan you were interested in? What about exercising?
Another motivator is to get yourself a food journal, either online, or paper and recorcd everything you eat, and calories as well.. it's interesting to see where your calories are coming from.. and when you are forced into being accountable for them... you think twice about putting something in your mouth..
