im new

hello im new here. i play a lot of sports and workout. i was wondering since im a young adult what exercises i can do to get my six pack looking ripped (i have one and is visible but i want it ripped). i currently do crunches, bicycles, reverse crunches, jump rope, pushups, and cardio on the treadmill. my diet is pretty strict but can someone help me get a workout plan? thanks a lot
 
Well Just do what your already doing with some cradio in there they will be popping in no time
