so yeah im new...just started to try and get back in shape. Im 22 and i havent been doing anything since i was 16 or so. So i have some questions. Im pretty lean guy (155lbs 5'10") and I dont have too much muscle but for some reason it seems like my abs stop after the top 2 of a six pack. Right at that point there seems to be nothing. Ive tried working my lower with leg raises. Also I dont have very developed obliques or lats so it looks like i have love handles but its just the bone (i swear). I just hate the resemblance to love handles. Is there any pointers to getting at least some "shadowing" on my lower abs haha and also to get the more v shape rather than the little bone bumps that stick out....thanks.
