I'm 36 years old and I have 2 daughters ages 1 and 3. I gained weight when I met my husband (started at 135 and was 145 when we married), gained more weight when we got married, gained more weight on fertility drugs (got up to 170), and gained a ton of weight with my first pregnancy. Six weeks after giving birth I weighed 190. After my second birth, I was 185. That's where I started dieting on July 7, 2005. Since then, I've lost 13 lbs. and am currently 172. My goal weight range is 145-150. That seems to be where I look good and fit into reasonably cute clothes. I'm doing cycle classes, kick-boxing, and scultping. I try to go to the gym 4 x's a week, but something always prevents me from going all four times. My diet is so-so. It's hard w/ the kids and the husband - who's really overweight. Glad to be here!
