Hello, my name is Bridgette, and I am new to this forum. I just recently had a baby and I am trying to get back in shape. I walk, do aerobics, and lift weights. I would like to lose about ten pounds or so. It seems like it is taking forever. It is also hard to find the time especially with a new baby. I have to go here and there, take care of her, take care of my husband and house. I would appreciate any advice on how anyone lost ten or more pounds.
