Up until 2 weeks ago i pretty much have been getting no exercise for the past 3 years. I'm 22. currently i'm doing a workout that takes about 15 minutes; it involves ab and arm exercises which i do every second day. Keep in mind i don't know what i'm doing. im sure im missing tons of parts of the body i'd want to be working out that im not. im also not running/doing any cardio. i'm barely breaking a sweat from the ab and arm workout.

I am 6 feet tall and weight 170. I'm not specifically interested in losing weight or gaining much muscle. i want to be fit and healthy. I eat fairly healthy. i would like to do around the minimum amount of work.

I know this might be asking too much but the best answer to my post might be something like "ok you need to do x,y, and z workout routines every second day. they should take you about 15-30mins each day. then you need to run every day you're not working out. and you also need to do a 15 min cardio exercise every other day". again, i don't know what is smart. i dont know how frequent i should be doing things. i want some routine i can follow every week that doesn't require me going to the gym or buying equipment.

i know what im asking has tons of variables and it depends on how much effort i want to put forth. i feel really ignorant on what is a step in the right direction and what is not very useful/wont benefit me as much. its hard to find much info about this question on google. asking here just seems a lot easier. i did try googling it first. advise? thanks.

I think that "doing the minimum amount of work" sounds like it's going to be a difficult hurdle to get over. Getting a goal in mind and going for that goal is going to do you more good than arbitrarily doing some things daily. Since you're not terribly concerned with muscle growth or losing weight, suggest that your routine of arm and abs is simply not the road you want to be on. Not going to harp on what constitutes the minimum, but you want to at least break a sweat a little. Also, doing the same routine every day, probably not the best for any results. If you're wanting to do your heart good, improve lungs/cardio etc (not being muscle gain/fat loss specific) try some jogging/running. If you're more adventurous, look up plyometrics or crossfit. There are bound to be some good routines on youtube with that, which will help prevent the drudgery of doing the same thing every time you want to work out.
