Heylo everyone!I was just searching google and i came about this site, it looks really nice.My names Mike im 18 and i hope to lose 20~lbs or so.Im 6'0 221lb, i havent ever really exercised in my life.The only spot i seem to gather weight is my stomach so i used to do alot of crunches every other day(yea spot training...wish i knew it didnt work back then lol)all that happened was it built muscle under the fat :( .Sooo... now im gonna try running starting today!Time to get my life straight.I hope i can make a few friends and get some good advice :p
 
Welcome to the forum Mike!....Yes it sounds like you need to do some cardio to shed that "layer"..to show off what is really under there!!!!!
 
Mike, it's great to have you with us!!! how is the running coming? are you getting out there like you planned?
 
its going pretty good, i jogged for about 20mins and did some weight lifting.maybe cutting out the colas will help a bit
 
totally! soda is one of the worst things that we can put into our body.. try switching it up with water instead =)
 
Soda is the ENEMY! Water Water Water. Some say it is bland but I love it!
