Heylo everyone!I was just searching google and i came about this site, it looks really nice.My names Mike im 18 and i hope to lose 20~lbs or so.Im 6'0 221lb, i havent ever really exercised in my life.The only spot i seem to gather weight is my stomach so i used to do alot of crunches every other day(yea spot training...wish i knew it didnt work back then lol)all that happened was it built muscle under the fat .Sooo... now im gonna try running starting today!Time to get my life straight.I hope i can make a few friends and get some good advice
