Hey guys,
I'm just new in this forum, with the same goal as any of you.
I'm 18, competitive soccer and freestyle skiing.
I'm 5'5 and about 114lbs depending on the day (and the amount of food in my stomach!) and I'd rather be about 105 or so. 10lbs I need gone.
Bust- 34 waist- 23 hips-34. My torso measurements I find just fine, but I'm somewhat of a lower-body fat storage. My thigh is 21 (I can't really wrap my head around the fact that my one thigh is almost as big as my waist.. ugh). And that's where I want to see improvement- I want slimmer legs.
I'm an oddball. I'm a competitive athlete and have a running fast metabolism (I need about 2500 calories a day to sustain my weight), yet I still have a few extra pounds.
My biggest issue is mindless eating and cravings I just can't control. My main weightloss problem is all the extra eating I do. I love food, I crave it all the time, way too much. And while have practice almost every day and I eat lots of healthy foods- I still eat a lot of junk along with that. So while I'm not gaining (thank you, metabolism!!), I'm not losing. And those extra pounds I want off, they're stuck from a few years ago when I was in a pretty bad place and made pretty bad decisions healthwise.
Really, I'm just trying to find a way to 1) stop these darn cravings 2) stop giving into them 3) I'm so impatient and I think I expect results way too quickly, and lose motivation when I don't see them- I need to fix this.
So yeah. My name's Skye. It's nice to meet everyone on the same journey. And I hope we all achieve our goals.
