Hey, so I am 25 and trying to lose weight while I am quitting smoking. I want to lose around 50 pounds. I am at the heaviest I have ever been in my entire life and I want to make some major changes. Encouragement and support system would be wonderful. Let me know what you do to stay focused and motivated to go to the gym. Thanks in advance everyone!

starting a thread in the diary section is a great way to get support and keep those motivation levels up.
 
new here myself . not sure how to use this platform effectively in my weight loss plan..but lets see..
 
Welcome and i have i tip for you, That is listen to music. Music is a fantastic motivator and it's even more enjoyable when you can move to the beat at the same time. Just try to figure out good music you like.
