hi...
im zamna... im now in the process of losing weight.
i started last week...(2 July) and till now (11 July) I have reduced from 94.8kg to 93kg.
my aim is 70kg until this the end of nov coz i dont want to look very fat on my engagement day. i hope all of u can support me and encourage me in reaching my dream.

i started reducing my calorie intake and try to avoid so many fat in my menu.
i also exercise and do some tonning exercise. i walking/jogging on my treadmill 5-7 times per week for 30-40 min.n im planning to add yoga and aerobic for my exercise routine.

Welcome, Zamna! Don't forget to drink loads of water. Sounds like you have lots of exercise planned. That should get you to your goal.

lately i found that it is hard for me to control my craving habit.
especially near my menstrual period.
im craving for carbohydrate.... then i realised that i dont have any prob in doing exercises, i just struggling on controlling my food intake.
is it normal? and yes... i drink between 2-3 lit water. and trying to eat as much fruit and vegies as i can.
