No actually, 130 lb.s is probably perfect. I used to weigh 125 and that was great not too thin but, I have had 3 kids and I'm not going to be un-realistic
so I am shooting for 130 lb.s, I am pretty tall (my husband calls me a giant)
but my frame is small thats probably why 130 won't be pushing it.
I know what you mean, when I weighed 118 people told me I really needed to gain some weight, they were probably right!
I would probably be happy with my weight now but, I still have too much fat
on my stomach, sides and a little extra on my arms and legs. It's pretty much
spread out.
What is Trim-spa supposed to do? Control appetite? Help metabolism?
You said you had to force yourself to eat a few hundred calories?
Just be sure not to eat that way every day. I'm sure you know about how your body will store fat if you don't eat enough, but your body needs fuel
for workouts and daily activities. Good luck with the trim-spa...
