I'm new and I need accountability

I want to loss weight I'm 272 today I would like to loss 72 lb I'm not new to this I play sports but I'm not discipline to dieting and working out I know alil enough to lose a few pounds but I think I need accountability
Any advice and maybe some accountability from this forum would help. Thanks in advance
 
Make a journal, track your food. Will go a long way in helping you. Welcome!
