Hi i am new here and have been working out for about 2 weeks. I have mostly been using my arms for the workout. I have a few question about how to workout my biceps:
I have 2 15 pound dumbbells
1.How many reps/sets are good to do?
2.How do i know when to stop?
3.How do i know if i worked them out successfully?
4.Is it better to use only one arm at a time or use both at the same time?
I have more questions but i wanted to start with this. Thanks
