I'm lost in my training

Well, I am following the exercise routine at and I am getting stronger and bigger, I have no doubts that I can achieve great gains in both.

I'm worried about other physical fitness aspects, such as agility, speed, running and other things. Although I did Tae Kwon Do for four years, and can fight well enough to win, I am simply not at the level I want to be. I have terrible body awareness as well.

Now the problem is, I'm lost as to how to improve these aspects. The biggest problem is, I have no money to buy a book, video or the like. I know of a few drills to improve my punching speed, which is really my only aspect which is currently above average, and I don't understand why this does not translate into some other speed, since I use my entire body in most punches, save for jabs and backfists. I realize that it is probably neccesary to sacrifice some money, but I have none to spend. If anyone has any suggestions as to what direction I should take it would be very much appreciated.

I am 16
6'2"
140 pounds
I eat healthier than most, but could probably eat healther. This includes a good breakfast of usually pancakes, bacon and Carnation Instand Breakfast (which I find boosts my energy) or bacon eggs and some english muffins. For lunch I eat two peanut butter and jelley sandwhiches on white bread, but I'm considering switching to wheat bread, and dinner is whatever my mom cooks, but is sometimes fast food.
I have excellent genetics as well, to some extent. While my father was adopted, he has always had natural flexibility and potential for strength which I seem to have inherited, and although my mother has thyroid problems, her family has a good capacity for physical fitness.

By the way, I'm gearing my workout towards combat fitness, since I am enlisting in the Marines next year and shipping out in two.

Thank you.
