i'm no expert and we've got some that i'm sure will weigh in - and good for you for trying to change.

I'd also suggest perhaps talking to your doctor about the sleep apnea - there are treatments for it -and a good nights rest is essential for weight loss as well as your general well being

but first I would lose the hamburger patties and switch to a lean protein... like skinless chicken breasts, turkey breasts or fish.

Increase your water consumption by a lot - I'm not a big fan of juices I'd rather see a person have the fruit and get the fiber from that rather than just the calories from the juice

Given your current weight, I dont know what your calories should be - but i'd be gussing to say you aren't getting near enough - and suggest perhaps using a site like to keep track of your nutrients.

Add more vegetables - and fruits - you're fiber looks really really low - fiber in addition to protein is what will help keep you full...

breakfast you might want to consider oatmeal - preferably non instant - with maybe a hard boiled egg as some protein with it.

Snacks will help keep you going - almonds, some granola bars (I prefer the kashi -they have fewer chemicals in them) fruit, fruit, veggies...

Dinners - lean protein - vegetables -

With your high blood pressure you also want to watch your sodium - so I would avoid the processed dinners like Lean Cuisine - they are packed with sodium and toI've never quite found them satisfying... you can cook a dinner in the time it takes to heat up one of those dinners with a little planning.

Great that you decided to start living healthy :)

But you really shouldn't be asking for advice on a site like this, you are very obese and although our advice is great for people that are overweight/need to loose a few pounds they won't do you any good.

You have special needs and the last thing you want is drastic weight loss where you end up having tons of loose skin which you can only loose with plastic surgery.

In my opinion, visit a dietist or your doctor.

Good luck!
