I'm in need of help?

Hello,I'm new in here but I am on a"diet" for almost 7 months.I have lost 20 kgs and I am really proud of myself.However,lately I am being so voracious!!There are some days that I eat only fruits and at the same time there are others that I am eating literally everything!I'm in need of help.Any suggestions?

Hi Chrisaft & welcome to the forum. Losing 20 kg is great. Well done! If you are hungry then fruit alone will just not do. You need protein to fill you up as part of a balanced "diet". What would be a normal day's eating for you? How many calories & how much exercise? Don't give up. There is so much to learn & I am sure that others in the forum will offer advice.
 
Hi there I've been on diets that go up an down for a long time and I just can't get off snacking chocolate, but I've just started a program that says I can eat what I want including chocolate. It seems to have a really different take on weight loss that comes from an alternative angle ... That makes sense. I'm keen to chart my progress as it's just about reprogramming the metabolism and I think it finally may be the solution to a problem that's been building over the last ten years or so.
