Ive gotten down from 170-125-140 in the last two years.But for a while now ive fallen back into my old bad habits of eating.I used to drink alot of water
and eat no fast food or junk.But I need to get back into those habits.I obsess about my weight.I hate pictures of my self.I hate when
people touch my stomach.Ifeel so out of touch with my core.I feel out of balance.I want my stomach to be flat and toned and strong for once.I would love to have a belly ring some day.Can i ask how do women who dont have naturally toned abs get them that way????
