Im in desperate need of a flat stomach!!

:eek: Ive gotten down from 170-125-140 in the last two years.But for a while now ive fallen back into my old bad habits of eating.I used to drink alot of water
and eat no fast food or junk.But I need to get back into those habits.I obsess about my weight.I hate pictures of my self.I hate when
people touch my stomach.Ifeel so out of touch with my core.I feel out of balance.I want my stomach to be flat and toned and strong for once.I would love to have a belly ring some day.Can i ask how do women who dont have naturally toned abs get them that way????

Welcome to the forum - this is a great place to get the motivation and support we all need during this journey.

If you need to get back to those habits of drinking more water, eating no fast food or junk - then just start. Start with your very next meal. In time, they will become habits again :)

As for women with toned abs, check out the thread in the Before And After Section by northrnmomof3 (or that's as close as I can remember her screen name) The work she has put in is absolutely amazing and inspiring!

Do you have a weightloss and excercise plan yet?
 
Oh, the flat stomach. It seems like such an elusive thing, doesn't it? ;) Work on that cardio and doing those toning exercises and you will get there someday. :D
