yeah, same here. It seems only a while ago you were only here giving out good advice, and now your all over the place and the advice you give just gets better and better!

Hope you dont leave us completley for the big leauges :p

You know that bodyrecomp crowd is pretty tough so when I saw that I was pretty surprised myself.

I would never get to big for anyone, especially my boys. I know my roots.
