I'm male, 25, and I've been married to my lovely wife for 5 months now. I'm a software developer, so I'm sitting at my desk most of the day. There's also plenty of food around the office, which can be a challenge at times.
I've struggled with my weight all my life.. In 9th grade I weighed 235, then I went on Atkins and got down to 165 by 10th grade. Since then my weight has rollercoastered between 190 and 230.
Currently I weigh 228. My first mini goal is to be 210 by 3/11 -- thats my wife's birthday. I figured if I can't lose the weight for me, I'll lose it for her!
Ultimately I'd like to be 165 and fit. The last time I weighed 165 I didn't work out, so I looked kinda sickly..
