I'm a health coach and I'm looking to see what motivates people more to replace harmful physical health habits with new healthy ones so parents can spend more time with their kids playing, people can be active with their friends, and people can enjoy nature.

I can do this by getting feedback from 2 questions that I ask? Can anyone spend a couple of mins and participate to help me out with my research

1. What's your biggest challenge to attaining your ideal body?

2. If you were 100% guaranteed to be successful in whatever you chose, how would your ideal body that you would want to ask for look?

Can you not ask the questions here?

I think that the forum generally does not approve of immediate direct contact in that way in case it is spam.

For myself - we have to be talking about extreme weight loss and the answers would be

1. Physical constraints / financial...

I am currently a little above my goal weight as I gained during recent stress - but I did lose a lot of weight and get to my goal weight (and maintain it for a couple of years)... I found that I could reduce my weight and body fat percentage to 21.7% - an excellent level (for a woman of 50) but I would still be left with loose skin and the need to both a tummy tuck and boob job... An ideal body would have neither the loose skin or the scars... I have not had the surgery as it would cost money.

The biggest challenge to attaining an ideal weight is a totally different issue. I think that the answer to that is the belief that you are not in too deep and that it can actually happen. If you really believe that it can happen - it will if you work hard enough and investigate the subject.

2. Whilst ideally - I liked much about the slimmer shape that I acquired - the fact is there that we cannot choose where we lose the weight from... The whole concept is like asking for a magic wand or a genie in a bottle and is not worth really worth thinking about. We can bring our weight down to any real feasible number... We can exercise to improve muscle tone... There are however some things that exercise and surgery simply cannot fix.
