I'm going to lose 10 kilos!

Hi! I'm Maria . I'm 30.My weight-65 kilos. My goal is to lose 10 kilos.
DAY 1.
Breast-93 cm
Waist - 76 cm
Hips-103cm
Height - 165 cm
Weight - 65 kilos

Breakfast :eggs(90 gr.),tomatoes (60 gr.),chickpeas (50gr.),oil(3gr.),dark chocolate (10 gr.),tea.

Snack :kefir (150 gr.)

Lunch: boiled pork (70 gr.),cabbage (100 gr.), tomatoes (50 gr.), oil
Snack : a banana - 100 gr.
Dinner :kefir(150 gr.) , an apple (150 gr.)
I'll do 15000 steps.
 
Day 2.
Weight :64.2
Yesterday I could walk 10000 steps instead of 15000.
 
I think, I've begun to move more, but I don't lose weight. I have no possibility to go to gym. I'll plan to spend the day eating apples and I hope I'll see other figures on my scale.
 
Day 6.
Weight :63.9
Yesterday I ate 2 apples, 2 carrots, buckwheat, salad, soup, dark chocolate (20gr.),coffee with milk. I walked 6000 steps.
 
7000 steps.
Buckwheat,salad, cheese, dark chocolate, a carrot, an apple, coffee, white tea, a bun, kefir.
 
I am vegan:Angel_anim:. And I have lost 10 kgs in 3 months.:hurray: I am listing down few tips for your benefits:

  1. Drink a good amount of water, like at least 3 bottles

  2. Avoid processed or canned food

  3. Go for the morning walk of at least a mile

  4. Instead of juice, eat fruits

  5. Limit your sugar intake

Even if you follow just these tips in your daily life, trust me, it will work wonder for you.:beerchug:
