Jelly is saying good bye to her Belly
Okay, I'm here and I wanna start a journal I have been eating healthier and being more active since janurary of this year. I promised myself and kids to be healthier. I have fallen off many times. And I know I eat better but I eat too much of it. Plus I will sneek in other stuff So, I know I need to write down my food and my activity. I just started to go back to the gym as of this week and will contunie to go every other day. You all are such a great support and I know I need more of that in my life I have been 170 since jan.'06 and since I started this site and joined a group I've lost weight. My golal is to be 145 by june 1st of this year. And then another 10 lbs lighter in augaust. I'm 5ft 1.5 inches. So they say my ideal weight is 130. But 135 will do, even 145 will do. As long as I'm toned and feel great. I'm still joining all the challenge and those will be my mini goals So I'm giong to post tomorrow evening with my daily intake. Wish me luck!!!!!!!
