Sport Im doing a long break and i dont want to lose muscle but want to lose fat.

I am tennis player,15,6ft2in 169 lbs.i also do weight training.i will take a break until christmas like 4 weeks.well i want in those 4 weeks to lose fat but to not lose muscle.I wont train at all because im in the break. I will eat like 14000 calories/week,Please give me some tips of how to not lose muscle and burn fat without exercise just with calorie deficit
 
There is no way. If you are not active at all and eating less than you need your body will absorb fat and muscle as fuel.
In 4 weeks this is unlikely to be disastrous as long as you are sensible with intake and 2,000 a day is sensible, but you will lose some muscle if you lose weight and with it some strength. Both will return relatively quickly.
Enjoy your break, we all need one occasionally. Being very sad I will be taking a few kettles and using these and a christmas present, along with some running to keep active during my 'break.'
 
Try not to over-eat the empty calories (sweets, deserts, pastries, etc.).

Also consider doing some bodyweight exercises: push-ups, press-ups, crunches, jogging, skipping, jumping squats, etc.
