Sport I'm confused about fats

I was wondering about something. Let's say that a serving of whatever had 5 grams of fat in it and according to the label that fat is made up of 1 gram of saturated fat, 0 trans, 0 mono and 0 poly. What in the heck is the remaining fat made out of? Is it just like generic fat or something? I'm confused :confused:

Is there a total fat number?

There are saturated, trans, mono, and poly; the last two which are good fats obviously.

But the total fat number is usually all 3 of those put together (hence the 'total').
 
and if there's under .6 g of a particular type, it'll list as 0g.

but say its 4g fat total, and they list 1g of saturated and 1g each of mono & poly unsaturated fat...its very likely there's some trans fat in there, and that they are rounding values down.
